When you begin metal cutting, it is important to use both a saw blade and a machine. There is a wide range of cutting options that each sawing application can use. Usually, saw blades fit one of two categories: band saw or circular saw. Tools are selected based on how well their shape will perform for the job at hand.

While the type of operation you’re going to perform dictates the type of saw you need to use, different types of machines are best used for certain kinds of workpieces.
