Customer’s requirements dictate the design choices for a product. It’s the shop’s responsibility to maintain their customer’s business by providing excellent service and high quality products.

Product design takes a customer’s requirements and turns them into something manufacturers can understand and monitor. The better a product is defined at the beginning, the more accurate the design will be.
